Article 47 of the Talossan Constituziun of 1988 shall be amended to read as follows

Art. 47. The Prime Minister shall be sworn in by signing an Instrument of Inauguration. This shall consist of the historic Oath of Office in the Talossan language and a facsimile of the title page to the historic book The Loom of Language. He must within two weeks of his appointment sign the Instrument and return it to the King for placement in the National Archives. If he so chooses, he may raise his right hand and take the Oath verbally upon signing the document in the presence of the King or a member of the Uppermost Cort, either in person or over the phone. In place of reading the entire oath he may simply affirm by the word "iic" his intention to abide by its terms. The historic Oath of Office is as follows:

"Eu afirm, solendmint, gé eu, [ndmina], cin fidalita, rompliaréu I'difisch da Sieu Maxhesta sé Seneschal del Regipats Talossan, és zefencaréu al miglhér da v'avalita, la sigirita del Estat Talossan. Sa viva el Regeu!" (Translation: 1 do solemnly affirm the I, [name], will faithfully execute the office of His Majesty's First Minister of the Kingdom of Talossa, and will to the best of my ability defend the integrity of the Talossan State. Long live the King!)
