WHEREAS , the secessionist state of Sandaria has appealed to Talossa for diplomatic relations and has joined with us in re-forming the League of Secessionist States, and WHEREAS , its previous claims to our Antarctic territories have been dropped in deference to our historic previousness there, Therefore, the Cosa hereby grants full diplomatic recognition to Sandaria Adoption of this act does not commit Talossa to recognize specitic territorial claims which Sandaria may make now or in the future.
