WHEREAS , Talossa has come into contact with several secessionist nations over the Internet, and WHEREAS , these nations have no common forum in which to associate with one another, Therefore the Cosa hereby recognizes Ben Madison as General Secretary of the League of Secessionist States (founded 1980) and encourages him to open dialogue with these nations. Furthermore, Talossa declares itself a member of the LOSS, while reserving our inherent right to oppose any LOSS action or policy if we so choose.
