WHEREAS the Mussolini Province is currently available for administrative responsibility, the Clockwork
Orange Party formally requests that its members-Matthias Muth, Brendan Duddy, and Nathan Freeburg-
have their provincial citizenship transfened to Mussolini Province, and that all power in goveming of said
province be handed over to the COP. Thereby allowing the COP full responsibility in goveming and caring
for Mussolini Province.
