WHEREAS , the Cosâ in November approved an official signature theme for all Talossan government broadcasting, therefore, the Cosa hereby also approves the following signature theme for all official Talossan news segments broadcast on Talossan State Radio services. As the opening and closing theme for Talossan news broadcasts, the following music will be played:
The first 1 minute, B seconds of the first movement (Allegro brioso) of the First Piano Concerto in D-Flat Major, Opus 10, by Russian composer Sergei Sergeyevich Prokofiev (1891-1953).
It's an excellent piece, highly appropriate for the start and finish of a news segment; in fact, it was formerly Used for "CBS Reports" in the 1960s/70s. For those uncultured MCs who dont have this work in their CD/LP/tape libraries, Talossan Music Librarian/Historian/Archivist Jahn will be glad to play it for you over the phone. Otherwise, trust me, its good!
