WHEREAS , John Eiffler finds association with Mussolini distasteful, he has opted to form a new province consisting of Canton 108 (Florenciâ Canton), to be titled Florenciâ Province. This removes this Canton from Mussolini Province. Eiffler's citizenship is transferred to Florenciâ Province. This bill takes effect upon Eiffler's formal promulgation of an acceptable Provincial Constitution for Florenciâ Province.
