Whereas, only geeks and weirdos actually prefer communicating by idiotic nonsense like "e-mail" ("e" for "effluent"), when something far more efficient and spontaneous is readily available (that wonder of technology, the telephone);

Therefore, Talossa hereby vows never to give any official standing whatsoever to computers or computerized activities, and, while not outright banning them, strongly discourages its citizens from having anything to do with computers.
