WHEREAS , in recent months the citizenry of Talossa has become increasingly apathetic about our ongoing war against Serbia which was declared in June of 1993; and WHEREAS , the world community has betrayed the suffering Bosnian people and left them and Talossa alone to face the onslaught of the Serb terrorist armies; Therefore, the Cosâ hereby

Repeals RC 29.6.93;
Proclaims a state of "vehement disgust" now exists between Talossa and Serbia;
