WHEREAS , Talossa did eliminate the Account of Inland Revenue some time ago (by finally using the funds therein to purchase a copy of The History for the Talossa U. Library), and WHEREAS the Constituziun still says a PM MUST name someone to the now totally useless post of "Burgermeister of Inland Revenue;" and WHEREAS we would like there still to be three positions from which a PM may choose his Deputy; and WHEREAS the national defense of the Kingdom is a high priority as it is with any sovereign nation; Therefore, the Cosâ hereby enacts the following changes to the RT Constituziun:
Article 52: Delete reference to "Burgomeister of Inland Revenue" and replace with "Defense Minister."
Article 53: Delete the second sentence, and replace with: "The Defense Minister shall be in charge of the armed forces of the Kingdom during peacetime and during times of declared war. During the latter periods, he is to be referred to as ‘War Minister.’"
Article 54: Delete "Burgermeister of Inland Revenue" and replace with "Defense Minister."
