WHEREAS Citizen Bob Murphy has refused to participate in Talossan politics since January of 1993 and will lose his citizenship in January if he continues to do so, THEREFORE the Cosâ hereby saves him the bother and legislatively decapitates him, officially declaring him a non-Talossam.
