WHEREAS Citizen Jack Schneider has refused to participate in Talossan politics since January 1993, and WHEREAS he has been quite adamant about this refusal, to the extent of ripping up all Talossa-related materials mailed to him; THEREFORE the Cosâ hereby grants Jack's evident demand and relieves him of the embarrassment of Talossan Citizenship by depriving him thereof.
