WHEREAS Talossan voters are tired of cheap and dishonest campaigns; and WHEREAS they value free, robust and public debates among parties contesting elections; Therefore the Cosâ resolves:
That copies of any and all campaign literature (as the Cort may define this) distributed by a party (either registered or otherwise) must at the same time be delivered to all other registered parties and all parties currently represented in the Cosâ.
Reputable newspapers (having a minimum of seven citizen readers and which appear a minimum of six issues per year) are not considered "campaign literature" for the pupose of this act.
