18RC20 - Talossa's Crime Bill

Clarked in the Third Clark (September 1994) of the 18th Ziu

Talossa hereby urges the State of Wisconsin to adopt the following reforms in its criminal justice system: (1) We urge Wisconsin to adopt the death penalty. (2) We urge stringent military passport control along the US-RT border, including walls, minefields, etc.; whatever it takes to keep the border secure. (3) We urge that all prisoners be fed nothing but a steady diet of cheesecake and beer, and be prohibited from exercising. This will help insure they will not be able to flee from police if they repeat their crimes after release. (4) We urge the legalisation of "Mace" in Wisconsin. Believe it or not it's illegal. (5) We urge adoption of the "Three Strikes You're Out" provision in the following form: Anyone who commits three felony crimes of any sort (including "white collar" crimes) should be locked up without parole for life, or perhaps until age 70 in the case of non-violent offenders.
