WHEREAS Talossa first entered the modern age (actually, even just the pre-modern age) when "Vote by Post" was established years ago, enabling Talossa's far-flung citizenry to participate in democratic government;

WHEREAS many people now communicate through computer networks; and

WHEREAS our Kingdom faces stagnation without new blood;

the Prime Minister is therefore instructed to appoint a "Talossa-On-Line Study Committee" charged with reporting to the Cosâ on the desirability and feasibility of offering participation in Talossa through computer networks.
