Whereas, there is some disagreement as to what constitutes a "vote" for purposes of Citizenship loss, the Cosa hereby resolves that the following text be added at the end of Article 97 of the Constituziun: 'Only votes for actual elections to the Cos are counted for these purposes. All other votes for any other elections or referenda do not count.
