Whereas, several RT citizens have already been psychoanalysed and pushed, stamped, briefed, debriefed and numbered by means of the book "PLEASE UNDERSTAND ME" (a personality type test discovered by Dan & Co. at sexually correct Antoch College, and since employed by many Talossans), the Cosa hereby calls upon the government to assemble a central de of the results of these personality tests and encourages their publication. The Cosa furthermore encourages all Talossans to be tested. Finally the Cosa mandates (under Art. 94c) that any future citizen must take the "PLEASE UNDERSTAND ME" test before he/she can be admitted to citizenship.
