17RC46 - The "La Loi, C'Est Moi" or "I'm the Law in this here Country" Act

Whereas, it is difficult to get all three Cort justices together in one place at one time, and

Whereas, each justice has the requisite judicial experience to render an authoritative legal judgement unimpeded by static from his colleagues,

Therefore the Cosa hereby adds the following text to Article 81 of the RT Constituziun:

However, a single Justice of the Uppermost Cort may agree to hear a case on his own if this is acceptable to both the plaintiff and the defendant. He shall render a decision on the case as if he were a majority of the three-man Cort. Any conviction he may render may be appealed to the full Cort.
