WHEREAS the Account of Inland Revenue at the UW Credit Union (our national treasury) has been stagnant for years, earning no interest off the $24,80 contained therein; and WHEREAS no additions or withdrawals from the accounts have been made in years; and WHEREAS King Robert I has generously copied up two copies of The History of the Kingdom of Talossa and donated them to the UWM Library at a cost to him of approximately $28; THEREFORE We the Cosâ, hereby authorise King Robert I to reimburse himself for $24.80 worth of his generous gift by taking this money out of the Account of Inland Revenue, it being understood that this will cause the Account to cease to exist.
