WHEREAS Talossa strives to be as progressive as possible,
WHEREAS Talossa currently has no substantial policies regarding space exploration,
WHEREAS The major planetary powers have recently reached a historic cooperation agreement,
WHEREAS The citizenry of Talossa is overwhelmnigly in favor of space exploration,
AND WHEREAS The hopes and dreams of Talossan and planet Earth lie in space,
BE IT RESOLVED that the Cosâ request King Robert I to establish a royal commission to examine issue, establish policy, and offer legislation regarding space exploration, travel, multi-national cooperation and extraterrestrial policies. This royal commission shall be entitled, "The Royal High Commission on Space and Cool Space Stuff."
