WHEREAS Vincent Jacob, who became a citizen in 1986, has not been seen in years nor has he voted in a single Talossan election ever, Therefore the Cosâ hereby terminated his citizenship, it being understood that if he is in fact still alive he may appeal this decision to the Uppermost Cort. This termination of citizenship is also to apply to his son Guillaume, hom no living Talossan has ever seen, but who also enjoys the right of appeal to the Uppermost Cort should he in fact be alive.
