Whereas, the war in Bosnia is going nowhere, U.S. intervention is as far
away as ever, our supposed Croatian allies are now gouging chunks out of Bosnia,
and we can feel politically correct about supporting Muslims by encouraging peace
in the West Bank and Gaza for a change, the Coså hereby adopts this non-binding
"sense of the Cosa" resolution and suggests to the Prime Minister that calling
off the war with Serbia (and returning our flag to green-side-up mode) might be
the best way to "declare victory and get out".
