WHEREAS ; the official "sacred shrine of Talossa." FLUNK, controlled by formerly reasonable and mature-for-their-age Citizens Nick Kovac and Andrew Worm, which had been granted "full provincial-like authority" (LC17, 9/92; LC9, 3/93), has been in an official state of rebellion against teh Kingdom since last July (refusing to recognize the legitimate, democratically-elected national Governments}, Therefore the Cosâ hereby officially revokes the quasi-independent status of FLUNK, returning its territory fully to Mussolini Province; and the governing thereof to that of Mussolini Province as well. Likewise, Kovac's and Worm's provincial citizenship is returned to that of their province of residence (namely, Vuode).
