Whereas, the current Government is threatening (yea, beginning) to ravage and neuter our precious civil rights Covenants to make life easier for fanatics and terrorists, the Cosa hereby inserts the following article after the 19th Covenant:
"ENTRENCHMENT PROVISION: The preceding Covenants of Rights and Freedoms, being sacred and necessary to the defence of our free society, are entrenched provisions of the Constituziun. They may only be amended by a two-thirds vote of the Cosa, followed by a two-thirds vote of the Talossan People in a referendum."
