Whereas the Cestours of Talossa, though comprising 99.9% of our population, have deliberately and systematically been denied any sort of Cosa or Cosa-affiliated representation, the Cosa strikes a blow against the forces of elitism everywhere and votes to both abolish all current laws that pertain to them in whole or in part and prohibits the introduction or passage of any new laws of this nature until some sort of Cosa or Cosa-affiliated representation does occur.
