WHEREAS , Talossa has no air or sea assets dedicated to transporting marine assault troops to their destination, I therefore propose the newly-formed Talossan Marine Corps (RTMC) be considered an adjunct of, and subordinate to, the Talossan Navy, which possesses the only vehicle for amphibious insertion. If at some later date someone donates an "assault canoe" or similar transportation device totally dedicated to carrying two fully-equipped and trained amphibo-killers, I would then encourage the creation of a totally independent marine corps.
