WHEREAS , Talossan culture would be greatly enhanced by the crowning of a Talossan Grand Master in chess, and a tournament might be a lot of fun, Therefore Talossa recognises the official Talossan Chess Championship and gives power too the Bradford Province Triumvirate (DL, HW, RM) to organise the details of the tournament. All Citizens of Talossa should be notified and allowed entry. (If the BPT is unwilling Nick Kovac will assume organizational duties.)
