Whereas the Republic of Talossa Marine Corps has already
been created by an act of the Cosa and the leadership posts are
still vacant, Therefore the Cosa hereby appoints Ronald C. Rosalez to the rank of general and to the post of Commandant of the RTMC. The Cosa also appoints David R. Kuenn to the rank of
Lieutenant General and to the post of Assistant Commandant of the
RTMC as well as Commanding General of Manpower Procurement. No
other citizens in Talossa are as qualified as Rosalez and Kuenn
to lead a force in amphibious and helo assaults against the enemy
as they truly know what marine operations are all about. Wher
two citizens so exhibit the traits of honor, integrity, loyalty,
discipline, and professionalism, any other choice would be a
travesty of justice.
