WHEREAS , informal conversation has revealed a remarkable (nay, bizarre) concord of views on American political issues of late, and WHEREAS , Talossans desire the best for their American neighbour who looms so importantly over (and under and through) Talossa, THEREFORE the Cosâ hereby formally endorses Bill Clinton in his efforts to become President of the United States, urges all Talossans who hold US citizenship to vote for Clinton in their respective state primaries/caucuses, and requests that Talossans not talk too openly about this bill till after the general election in November in case Talossan endorsement should provoke further media-driven pseudoscandals involving the Governor.
