14RC19 - The Buy the History Amendment

WHEREAS the Solitarian nuclear network has just about been completely absorbed into Talossa and is currently being digested, it is apparent that future immigrants to the RT (if any there are) will come from outside our close-knit community and will know little about us personally or about Talossa, except that it's a country of various odd proclivities and odd persons who told them, THEREFORE the Cosâ changes the last sentence of Art. 94c of the Constituziun to read as follows:

Furthermore, no person may acquire Talossan citizenship unless he purchases or otherwise acquires a copy of the most recent edition of The History of the Kingdom of Talossa</u. by Robert Madison. Other restrictions or requirements may be imposed by law.
