Whereas, the USMC holds the highest in military virtues, and whereas the USMC
instills the intangible traits of discipline, integrity, leadership and pro-
fessionalism, and Whereas Talossans should have such a force in readiness to be
the first into battle and to show the military might of the sovereign state of
Talossa, Therefore the Cosa hereby creates the Talossan Marine Corps. Addition-
ally, the Cosa Hereby appoints General Ronald C. Rosalez
Commandant of the Talossan Marine Corps and Lieutenant General David R. Kuenn Assistant Commandant
with the double billet of Commanding General of Manpower Procurement. The Commandant of the Marine Corps will be a direct advisor to the Minister of Defence
and will be a member of any Joint Chiefs of Staff.
