WHEREAS , the Cosâ, in July of this year, recognised the independence of Croatia by the overwhelming vote of 182-20, and
WHEREAS Croatia has neither achieved actual sovereignty nor obtained peace,
the Cosâ hereby denounces in the strongest possible terms the Serbian Government and military. Serbia has continued to slaughter innocent Croatians who only yearn to be free of foreign oppression, and must be stopped through whatever means necessary with all due haste, and the security and independence of Croatia assured.
