Whereas, Talossa’s navy is led by an Admiral, Kurt Litscher, and Whereas, that precedent is not followed with regards to our land forces, the Forziuns pér la Zefencù Talossáes (FZT),

Therefore the Cosa, recognising Wes Erni’s practically unbelievable knowledge of military affairs (rivalled only by the PM, of course) and his tradition up to this point at least of political safeness, Hereby confers upon Wes the title of General and places him in command of the FZT, with powers (subject to civilian approval) of designing neat strategies, insignias, etc.
