WHEREAS , a past schism in the Progressive Conservative Party led to the existence of two separate parties bearing that same name, and WHEREAS , the "Android PC" has passed into oblivion but we can never be too ure about the Androids, Therefore the Cosâ hereby awards a copyright on the name "Progressive Conservative Party" and "PC" (i.e., when not used as an abbreviation for "politically correct"!) to Robert Madison, as trustee-in-trust for the PC, to prevent the misuse of the name by groups unaffiliated with the party.
