In the interest of record-keeping and the promotion of efficient anal-retentiveness on the part of our record keepers, be it Resolved that future issues of the CLARK shall contain Volume and Number numbers (the current issue being Volume 8, No. 2) as well as an indication of the Cosâ number (the current Cosâ being the 13th elected since the Cosâ was established) and that this information be carried in the masthead of future Clarks as follows: VOLUME 8, NUMBER 2, 13TH COSÂ.
