The Cosa hereby overturns former PM Erni's PD14 of Feb. 1991/XIL. Among other things similar in nature, this PD proclaimed Cuban-American singer/songwriter (plagiarist?) Gloria Estefan the "national entertainer" of Talossa. In doing so, the Cosa is not hereby passing judgement on this person per se, but rather is simply recognizing that no one person can be named to such a post in our Kingdom. Small though our Community may be, this PD represents a matter of individual choice and taste, upon which our nationette camot possibly reach consensus. Even though some Citizens may "like" this entertalner (though certainly none approach the John Hinkley-type adoration of you-know-who), every one of us would almost certainly have a unique choice. Iconolatry does not make good national policy.
