13RC08 - The World Singular Secession Definition Act

Clarked in the Second Clark (July 1991) of the 13th Ziu
Clark Entry ID: 1132
Bill ID: 172

WHEREAS the modern world compels us to update our thoughts from time to time, and WHEREAS Talossa has always been firmly committed to the ideals of personal independence from foreign-imposed conventions, and WHEREAS Talossa has always viewed its own and others' independence in national terms, Therefore the Cosâ reaffirms Talossa's commitment to World Singular Secession as put forth in our 1979 Declaration of Independence, considers that the ideals of World Singular Secession are valid in today's world as supporting national liberation struggles and secessionist movement, and proclaims Talossa's moral support for all national liberation struggles and secessionist movements in general, pending of course scrutiny of individual cases to make sure they are in keeping with our high ideals of fairness, peace and non-terroristicity.
