WHEREAS the exact borders of the Talossan Capital Territory surrounding the nation's capital of Abbavilla have never really been known, even to me, and WHEREAS everybody knows that Abbavilla is located on the UWM Campus and that's specific enough for most of us, Therefore the Cosâ hereby abolishes the Talossan Capital Territory and proclaims that the nation's capital remains Abbavilla, a city located within the Province of Atatürk.
