The Cosa hereby expresses its utmost thanks to General Norman Schwarzkopf and the military wing of the US government for their brilliant handling of Operation Desert Storm and the liberation of Kuwait. However, the Cosa also regards with shock and dismay the cynical betrayal of the Kurdish people's revolution by the Bush administration. Whereas, the liberation of Kurdistan from Saddamic rule was one of Talossa's military objectives in our support for Desert Storm (as expressed by the previous Cosa), and Whereas the United States feels that it is not prudent (at least not at this juncture) to uphold the legitimate desires for freedom of the Kurdish people any more, Therefore the Cosa hereby suspends all military operations in the Middle East theatre of operations, declares victory, and gets out.
