Furthermore a Ministry of Native American Affairs (Ministrà dels Afáes Anischinàns) is created to oversee the creation of a general Talossan outlook supportive of Indian rights, identity and sovereignty. Jack Schneider is kindly asked to take up this position; if he turns it down the Prime Minister is equally kindly directed to appoint someone.
