Whereas, the PM should have control of their own government, and whereas, the needs of Talossa are at all times in a state of transformation, it is proposed that Art. 52 of the Constituziun be amended to read:
Having formed the Government, the Prime Minister must select his Cabinet. The Cabinet shall consist of the Prime Minister and Deputy Prime Minister. Other ministries may be appointed as the Prime Minister sees fit. However, if a ministries services are deemed needed by the Cosa (Defence or Foreign Ministers for example) the Prime Minister must appoint one within 7 days or perform the needed services themselves.
