Art. 52, sentence 3 (change): "One of the last four must also be designated Deputy Prime Minister."
Art. 53, after 3rd sentence and before the final sentence: "The Minister of De- fence is responsible for appropriate defence measures for the protection of and sovereignty of Talossa. All actions thus undertaken by the Defence Minister must be co-signed by the King/Regent. In addition the Cosa may overturn established defence policies by majority vote."
Art. 54, after "Foreign Minister" in the 1st sentence: "...Minister of Defence, Minister of Finance or Minister of Stuff"
Note: The above changes to the wording of Articles 52-54 will have the effect of making the Defence Ministry one of the 5 must-fill Government positions.
