WHEREAS the Talossan Uppermost Cort has unanimously recommended that Charmaine Chvala-Smith (whose Essay appears in the December Støtanneu) be admitted as a citizen, the Cosâ hereby votes to approve her citizenship. The Cort's exact finding will be found in the Addresses to the Whole House.
