Because Talossa thinks it can be best defended by her wits, she hereby relieves the VSM Panache (a boat owned by a friend of Wes Erni's) of its official function as the Royal Talossan Navy. And, by the way, for thoroughness' sake, Wes' friend, Kurt Litscher is no longer to be styled "Admiral of the Fleet". As a consolation he is officially thanked for the generous lease of his boat. Oh, and since there's no fleet anymore, there's no Navy either.
