Art. 53, added after 3rd sentence and before the final sentence: The Minister of Defence is responsible for appropriate defence measures and all related matters of Talossan security. He is answerable to the King in all such considerations."
Art. 54, added after "Foreign Minister" in lst sentence: "Minister of Defence, Minister of Finance or Minister of Stuff."
Note: The above changes will make the Defence Ministry one of the permanent positions of the Cabinet of all subsequent PM's.
