Under early EM200 rules, seats were allocated proportionally within each province, rather than in a single nationwide constituency. This resulted in the RUMP winning thrice as many seats as the MN, despite winning the same number of votes. The lone vote cast in Atatürk went to the RUMP, which netted them all 30 seats allocated to the province on its own.
