This election was uncontested and no actual voting took place. Demissionary Fiovan Secretary of State Miestră Schivă had resigned six months prior but had not been replaced; she delegated the election to the national Chancery, which however did not act on the request. As a result, Schivă simply declared Válcadác'h elected without a vote, with nobody challenging the decision. This was the final Senatorial race in Fiovă to be run by the provincial Chancery.
