WHEREAS , the Constituziun mandates that the Secretary of State publish a Gazetâ Uficiál at the end of every Cosa but, WHEREAS , this provision has never once been acted upon, Therefore, the Cosâ hereby strikes Art. 64 from the Constituziun, abolishing this phantom requirement.
